Danielle M. King, M.Ed.
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Rostered in Vermont
A place to feel understood, without judgment, and begin to connect with yourself in a new, more compassionate way.
Specializing in perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, parenting support, eating disorders, and life transitions.
I offer a safe space where all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation, abilities, and backgrounds are respected, valued, and warmly welcome.
On the outside, you’re managing.
On the inside, it feels like a lot.
Your mind doesn’t slow down
You feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or constantly “on.”
Pregnancy or postpartum has been harder than expected
You’re carrying grief from miscarriage, stillbirth, or loss
You focus on food or your body much more than you want to
You’re caring for others but feel disconnected from yourself
How I Can Help
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Intuitive Eating principles when helpful.
Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive—helping you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and build a more grounded relationship with your emotions, body, and life.
Welcome!
I’m Danielle, a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering trauma-informed therapy in Vermont from my office in Randolph or via Telehealth statewide. I work with individuals navigating parenting, loss, and challenges with food and body image. I approach this work with deep respect for how complex and personal healing can be, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental.
