Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor | Rostered in Vermont

Providing therapy under supervision

About

I’m a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont, providing therapy in Randolph, VT and via telehealth across the state.

I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up honestly—without needing to filter, explain everything perfectly, or hold it all together. My role is to meet you where you are, while gently helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward the kind of change you’re hoping for.

Background

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology from Keene State College. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and an Associate Designee with the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iAEDP).

My clinical foundation was built in agency and community mental health settings, where I supported children, adolescents, young mothers, and families navigating trauma, parenting challenges, emotional overwhelm, and eating disorders and disordered eating. I have worked with clients experiencing complex trauma, high-stress family dynamics, and systemic challenges, often collaborating with schools, medical providers, and state agencies to provide coordinated care.

During my internship, I worked closely with young mothers who were pregnant or parenting while navigating relational harm, trauma, eating concerns, and systemic barriers. I later served as a Child and Family Therapist, providing individual and group therapy for children and families navigating foster care, trauma, divorce, emotional regulation challenges, and eating-related concerns.

After stepping away from clinical work to focus on my own family, I returned with a renewed perspective and a deeper appreciation for the emotional complexity of caregiving, identity, and healing within families.

Every person is different, and therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor sessions to your needs, goals, and what feels most helpful to you.

In our work together, we might:

  • Explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships

  • Understand different parts of you that may feel in conflict

  • Process past experiences or trauma at a pace that feels safe

  • Build tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional intensity

  • Strengthen your sense of self, boundaries, and self-trust

Some sessions may feel more reflective, while others may focus on practical skills or support for what’s happening in your day-to-day life.

Advanced Clinical Training

My post-graduate training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 (in progress), as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR). I am currently in the process of finishing my certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) and working towards my certification as an Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS).
