Sliding scale rates may be available based on financial need. Please inquire during the initial consultation.

Insurance & Reimbursement

I am currently working under the supervision of a licensed clinician and bill under my supervisor’s license. This allows me to accept the following insurance plans:

• Cigna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT)

• Green Mountain Care (Medicaid)

• MVP Health Care

If you are covered by one of these insurers, I will bill your sessions directly to them. You are responsible only for your copay, coinsurance, or any deductible as determined by your plan.

Before your first appointment, it may be helpful to contact your insurance company and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• Is there a deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions are covered per year?

• What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network therapy?

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit or Debit Cards (via secure online system)

• HSA/FSA Cards

• ACH Bank Transfers

Receipts can be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged $100.00, except in cases of emergency.
