Session Fees

  • Intake session (60–75 minutes): $150

  • Individual therapy (53–55 minutes): $125

  • Couples or family therapy (60 minutes): $150

I currently accept:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont

  • Green Mountain Care

  • MVP Health Care

If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Payment Options

  • Credit and debit cards

  • HSA/FSA cards

  • ACH bank transfer

  • Venmo

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged a $100 fee, except in cases of emergency or illness.

A Note About Cost

I understand that cost can be an important factor in seeking therapy. A limited number of sliding scale spots may be available for self-pay clients. Please feel free to reach out to discuss options.
