Rooted in Relationship

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I show up with warmth, honesty, and curiosity—creating a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, reflection, and support as you make meaning and grow.

What to Expect

How It Works

  • Free Consultation (15 minutes): During your free 15-minute consultation, we will discuss what you hope to get from therapy and determine if I am a good fit for your needs. This is a low-pressure conversation—just a chance for us to connect and for you to ask any questions. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over some documents to complete online before our first session.

  • First Session (53–55 min): We’ll explore what brings you in and your goals—no need to have it all figured out. I’ll also ask about your history, current challenges, and what’s been supportive (or not) in the past.

  • Ongoing Sessions: We will meet once a week for 53-55 minutes via secure telehealth. I tailor therapy to your needs, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Intuitive Eating (when relevant) to support your process (scroll down to learn more about these treatment modalities). Over time, we’ll work to deepen self-understanding, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and let your Self lead.

Your Experience:

  • Collaborative, safe, no judgment.

  • Your pace matters—I won’t push you.

  • Small changes, big impact: self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more profound connection with yourself.

“Danielle is so easy to talk to. I never felt judged or like I was ‘too much.’ She made me feel understood and like I didn’t have to justify why things were so hard.”
