Rooted in Relationship

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I show up with warmth, honesty, and curiosity, creating a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering reflection, tools, and support as you make meaning of your experiences and move toward healing and growth.

I work with teens and adults navigating perinatal mental health concerns, pregnancy and infant loss, eating disorders, trauma, parenting stress, and life transitions.

Free Consultation: 15-20 Minutes

A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to briefly connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to ask questions about my approach, scheduling, or what support might look like.

Intake Session: 60-75 Minutes

The intake session is our first full session together. Before the intake session, you’ll receive an intake paperwork to fill out prior to us meeting. During the intake, we will go more in depth about your history, current concerns, what feels most important right now, and what you hope for in therapy. This session helps us begin building a plan that feels thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to your needs.

Weekly Therapy Sessions: 53-55 Minutes

Weekly therapy offers consistent space for support, reflection, and meaningful change. In our ongoing sessions, we may explore patterns, process emotions, build coping skills, strengthen self-understanding, and work toward the goals that matter most to you at a pace that feels comfortable.
